I would recommend Shari Lyons to anyone who is interested in selling or purchasing real estate in our area. She has a great deal of experience in her field. My situation was like many, I needed to sell my cabin in Pinecrest in order to use the proceeds for a purchase in the greater Sacramento area. I was about to put my property on MLS with Shari but she had a buyer who wanted to see my cabin prior to the MLS. I allowed that to happen and with that came a full price offer and a short close of escrow! I did not have to go through the process of Open houses, showings and waiting for an offer. That was a gift to me. The buyer followed through on everything, as well did I, and I now can move on with my goal. I will sell my primary home (with Shari as my Agent) in Sonora and eventually move to a new home that is currently being built. Shari understood the big things and the details. Dena from the Drysdale team was our agent throughout the process of purchasing our home. She was always punctual, professional, and was very responsive to our questions throughout the entire process - when she promised to get information to us, she delivered. What I think is particularly refreshing about our interactions with Dena is that she was very frank and honest about the properties. At no point did I feel like she was trying to upsell a property by or embellish its potential.
