She has a great deal of experience in her field. My situation was like many, I needed to sell my cabin in Pinecrest in order to use the proceeds for a purchase in the greater Sacramento area. I was about to put my property on MLS with Shari but she had a buyer who wanted to see my cabin prior to the MLS. I allowed that to happen and with that came a full price offer and a short close of escrow! I did not have to go through the process of Open houses, showings and waiting for an offer. That was a gift to me. The buyer followed through on everything, as well did I, and I now can move on with my goal. I will sell my primary home (with Shari as my Agent) in Sonora and eventually move to a new home that is currently being built. Shari understood the big things and the details. She worked with me to make a smooth sale come to fruition.
